Thursday Free Pick - MLB 7/21/11

Note that there are a lot of early games in baseball today. We like Tampa Bay, at home, with Shields on the mound. Shields, at plus odds, looks like a huge value. We'll take it and look for Tampa Bay to get back in the playoff race soon. - cb
